Course One | Meditation in the Mahamudra Tradition Part One

This free meditation course taught by Gharwang Rinpoche is useful both for complete beginners and advanced meditators since all the important points of meditation according to the Mahāmudrā tradition will be covered very clearly. It is based on the famous meditation manual written in the fourteenth century by the Tibetan master Dakpo Tashi Namgyal which is known in English as “Moonbeams of Mahāmudrā”.

The course consists of ten classes and is designed to teach you everything you need to practice meditation effectively. Below you will find the video of the teaching, the class notes, and also the self-study notes which includes a description of the meditation for the fortnight.
